Does a Net-Inspect employee review my FAIR in Net-Inspect?
No, Net-Inspect only provides the software platform for your customer to review FAIRs. Net-Inspect employees do not provide FAIR review services on behalf of your customer.
Who reviews my FAIR?
The customer you submitted the FAIR to reviews your FAIR. This is often familiar users, either a supplier quality engineer or customer review team.
Why was my FAIR disapproved? I have questions on the FAIR disapproval, where can I find contact info of the FAIR reviewer?
Open your FAIR and check in four places for rejection info, which may contain contact information:
1. FAIR Field Level Rejection comments, either the summary on the left, or in line on each tab:

Why is the supplier comment field in Form 1 locked?
The Supplier Comments field may appear locked or grayed out when the FAIR is in a read-only state, such as when the FAIR has been submitted and is Pending Buy-off, or if it has already been Approved and Closed. This is intended to maintain data integrity. If you'd like to edit this field, you may need to contact your customer to Reset the FAIR, which will reopen your FAIR for editing.
