Looking Up Your Setup Administrator
Setup administrators have privileged functions to setup a Net-Inspect Account with access to company settings and user management, including adding new customers and aligning users to programs. Find your companies Setup Administrator with these directions:
1. Click on Settings > User Management:
2. In the User Types column, filter for "Setup Administrator"
If you do not see the User Types column, add "User Types" under the COLUMNS menu:
Tip: Uncheck other columns you do not need to view to ensure user types column is visible.
Setup administrators have the abilities to add users, add customers, and add programs to users.
Super administrators have abilities to add users, and add programs to users that they are already aligned to themselves.
