Bulk Adding Programs to Users
The Bulk Assign Programs to Users feature allows admins to bulk assign customer programs to one or more users at a time. This is useful when setting up new customers and ensuring that your users have the appropriate access controls enabled.
Note: This feature is additive only. Bulk assigning programs will not overwrite or remove any program alignments a user already has. There is no option to bulk remove program alignments - these must be removed on an individual basis. How to Bulk Assign Programs to Users
- Navigate to Supply Chain in the top navigation menu
- Select Customers
- Locate the customer whose programs you want to assign, then click the dropdown caret at the right end of that customer's row
- Select Assign Programs to Users from the dropdown menu
- The Bulk Assign Programs modal will open
- In the Programs section, select the programs you want to assign. Use the Select All checkbox to select all available programs at once
- In the Users section, check the box next to each user who should receive the selected programs. Check the upper leftmost checkbox to select all users. Users are listed and can be filtered by their User Name, First Name, Last Name, and User Types
- Click ADD to apply the program assignments, or CANCEL to close the modal without saving
