Measurement Entry Screen
A header block listing all the information you provided on the Measurement Entry Screen will be at the top of the page. If any of this information is incorrect, click the Part number link to make corrections. |
Feature column |
Feature numbers and feature descriptions (i.e., dimensions and tolerances) are listed in this column. |
1. Click on a row to view information related to the selected feature. |
2. Full feature name can be viewed as tooltip text by moving the cursor over a linked feature name. |
Sampling Plan The specified sampling plan for each feature will be listed in this column. Learn more about the sampling plans here. |
Tool |
Click the "Tool" dropdown to assign a tool to the feature's measurements. Selecting a tool for variable features is mandatory if the "Enable Measurement Device Tracking" option is toggled in Inspection Preferences. |
Measurement column |
All measurements are for a single part. The quantity to the right of the sampling plan (e.g., 1/3) represents the feature's sample size. The sample size will update as entered data changes the value of Real CPK. The button at the top of each measurement column can be used to Export its data. You can also choose to export other columns at the same time by entering additional Measurement Column numbers or serial numbers, or by selecting the "All Parts" option. For Variable features, numerical measurements must be entered in each available entry box. For Attribute Features, each box will have two options: Green Check - This feature passes inspection. Red X - This feature fails the inspection |
Recorded measurements are automatically saved after each entry. |
After all measurements have been submitted for the current batch/run, the operation will be complete and a window will pop up to prompt if a new run should begin. |
