System Reports - Import Log

The "Import Log" page provides a list of import templates that have been uploaded to Net-Inspect by users, and shows the current status of each attempted import. It can be used to verify whether an attempted import was successful, as well as the type of data that was uploaded.

Export: Generates an Excel file with the current contents of the Import Log table.

Columns: Used to add or remove columns from the Import Log table.

User
The user who uploaded the import template.

File Name
The filename of the uploaded template.

Import Status
Current status of the imported template. This status will change from "Uploaded" to either "Success" or "Fail", depending on whether errors were encountered during the upload process.

Note that imported FAIR data always shows the status "Uploaded", even if successful.

Parts
Number of parts uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Parts
Number of parts uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Features
Number of features uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Measurements
Number of measurements uploaded using a "Data Import Template" or "Measurement Import Template".

Part Programs
Number of part-program alignments uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Part Divisions
Number of part-division alignments uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Part Jurisdiction & Classification
Number of part-division alignments uploaded using a "Data Import Template".

Import Date
Date and time the template was imported.

Tools Count
Number of tools uploaded using a "Tools Import Template".

Tool Features Count
Number of tool calibration features uploaded using a "Tools Import Template".

Users Count
Number of users uploaded using a "Users Import Template".

User Programs Count
Number of user-program alignments uploaded using a "Users Import Template".

User Alignments
Number of user alignments uploaded using a "Users Import Template".
