Audit Checklist Builder
An Audit Checklist is used to ensure overall quality of various programs and processes. The questions and answer options are entirely configurable to the Administrator of the account.
Creating the Checklist
When you first create a checklist, you have the option to choose the Checklist Name. The checklist automatically goes to a "draft" status and will only be available when the user selects publish.
"Is Completion Required?" - If this box is checked, when you are filling out Audit Info and you select the Audit Type that is associated with the given checklist, the required checklist will be automatically added when filling out audit information.
Audit Type - You must select which audit type will be associated with this new checklist. The Audit Types drop-down selection is preconfigured on the Audit Types company setup page.
Adding Sections
You can add a section by selecting the "Add Section" button in blue. You have the ability to delete a section as well, which will delete all questions within that section in the draft you are working on. (Note: If this is the first draft you are working on, the questions will be permanently deleted. However, if this a version that stems from an original copy, the questions within the deleted section can be retrieved from previous versions.)
Adding Questions
You can add a question to a section by selecting the "Add Question" button in green.

Import
Users have the option to import checklist questions from EXCEL by selecting the "Import" button at the top of the page. This option can only be used AFTER sections have been added. If you plan to use multiple sections, they must be pre-built in Net-Inspect before downloading the EXCEL Import Template.
