FAIR Cycle Time Report
The FAIR Cycle time report separates FAIRs by month according to a number of days each FAIR spends in each given category.
Creation to Submission
For FAIRs submitted in this given month (Submitted Date), a number of days average is displayed from the date the FAIRs where created to the initial submission date.
This is the initial submission date, if a FAIR is submitted in April, then disapproved and re-submitted in May, it would appear for this chart in April as that was the date of initial submission.
Submission to Approval
For FAIRs approved (Buy-off Completed or Conditionally Approved) in this given month (Disposition Date), a number of days average is displayed from the date the FAIRs for the given month were FIRST submitted to approval date (Buy-off Completed or Conditionally Approved).
Disapproval to Re-Submittal
This calculates an average number of days for FAIRs between the disapproval and re-submission.
If a FAIR is disapproved multiple times, only the days between the latest disapproval and re-submission are counted for that FAIR. The FAIR is categorized by the month of the latest re-submission.
Submission to Disposition
For FAIRs that have been dispositioned, this gives an average number of days between initial Submission and initial Disposition (Disapproved, buy-off completed, Conditionally approved). This does not factor in days between subsequent submissions to dispositions.
The FAIR’s initial disposition date determines which month it will appear in.
The FAIRs current status (Disapproved, Buy-Off completed, Conditionally Approved) will determine which bar it will appear in for that month.
Customer Workflow Step
For supplier FAIRs with a customer workflow, this indicates the average number of days for each step during the month the step was completed.
Workflow Step
For FAIRs utilizing an internal workflow, displays an average number of days on each workflow step completed that month.
