Audit Information
Audit Type
Audit category, as defined by customer settings. Determines the Audit Checklists available for selection on the audit record.
Scheduled Start Date
Required when starting the audit.
Scheduled End Date
Required when starting the audit.
Due Date
Required when initiating the audit.
Location
Where the audit will be taking place. (Options include N/A, On-Site, Virtual)
Part Numbers
Any part numbers that may be associated with the audit. If a part number is selected, program will be populated automatically.
Processes
Special processes that are configured in Company Setup.
PO Number
Optional
Programs
Free to choose if no part number is selected. Required whether there is a part number associated with the audit or not.
Audit Checklists
Checklists configured in Company Setup which are associated with the corresponding Audit Type.
Participant Information
Company Name
This will be automatically locked as it was entered when initiating the audit.
Lead Auditor
Optional. Depending on who the audit is for, the users in the drop-down menu will have either "Internal Auditor," "Supply Chain Auditor" or "Administrator" user roles.
Add Participant
Participants can be added for informational and record keeping purposes.
Audit Summary
The Audit Summary is a field where users can enter any additional comments.
This section is editable after the audit has started and remains editable even after "Complete Audit" has been signed. Once "Close Audit" has been signed, this section becomes locked.
Lock Details/Start Audit
When you are ready to start the audit, you can sign it at the bottom of the page. Note: This will lock the Audit Information section. The user who signed and the date and time at which a signature was entered will be displayed here.
Comments
You can also look at the "Comments" button to see a log of status changes.
