Password expiration frequency 
Set a frequency with which users will be asked to change their passwords. After the password expiration timeframe has passed, they will need to create a new password the next time they log in.

​Require users to verify geolocation on login
Requires users to enter their country location upon logging in.

​Require supplier users to verify geolocation on login
Requires your suppliers' users to enter their country location upon logging in.

Disable supplier users from accessing uploaded documents
Prevents suppliers users from opening or downloading documents once they have been uploaded, if your company is designated as a customer associated with that data.

User Access Monitoring
If enabled, causes users' accounts to be deactivated if they go a specified length of time without logging in. Automatic email warnings are also sent to each user a set number of days beforehand; this customizable message can be CCed to other personnel. Users that have never logged in to Net-Inspect are not affected by this setting.

A weekly report of deactivated users can also be sent to a provided list of email addresses.
