Machine Incident Charts

The "Machine Incident Charts" page provides a visualization of previously recorded machine incidents. It's able to show the number or cost of incidents that have occurred over a period of time, as well as for other categories such as Machine, Machine Type, Cause, Corrective Action, and incident record creator.
Click the export icon in the top-right of the chart to download an image of the current chart.
Chart - Changes the y-axis of the report -- the item being counted for each bar. Select from "Number of Reported Incidents" or "Total Cost".
Categories - Changes the x-axis of the report -- the bar labels. Select from "Week", "Month", "Year", "Machine", "Machine Type", "Cause", "Corrective Action", "Creator", "Status", and "Priority Level".
Filters
Provide an entry in any of the fields shown in this section to filter your chart of machine incidents. Click the Filter button to refresh the report.
Date Range - Occurrence date of an incident.
Machine - Machine name for which the incident occurred.
Cause - Identified cause of an incident.
Manufacturer - Name of the machine's manufacturer.
Priority Level - Importance of the machine incident and its resolution.
Assigned To - User, department, or work center responsible for the incident report.
Requested Completion Date - Date by which the incident report should be completed.
Estimated Completion Date - Date when the incident report will be completed.
Status - Record's current status.
