Preventative Maintenance Report

The "Preventative Maintenance Report" provides a comprehensive list of machine maintenance checks previously performed, as well as those that are coming due or past due. Comments can be provided or edited for a maintenance check by clicking the pencil icon on the right side of its row.

The report shows only Complete maintenance checks by default. To display maintenance checks that are still upcoming or are past due, click the Not Complete quick-filter button in the top-left of the table.

Export - Generates an Excel file with the current contents of the Preventative Maintenance Report table.

Columns - Used to add or remove columns from the Machine Incidents List table.

You can search the incident list by clicking the filter icon in any column's header and providing an entry, or by entering a machine name or machine number in the top-right search field.

Machine Name
Name of the machine in which maintenance was performed.

Machine Number
Number of the machine in which maintenance was performed.

Section in Manual
Manual section covering the maintenance check.

Due Date
Date the maintenance check was due. Only displayed for maintenance checks that are past due.

Description
Description of the maintenance check performed.

Documents
Document attachments related to a maintenance check.

Result
Current status of the maintenance check.

Manufacturer
Name of the machine's manufacturer.

Comments
Notes about this maintenance check (e.g., findings).

Check Date
Date by which the performed maintenance check was due.

Checked By
User who performed the maintenance.

Entry Date
Date the maintenance check was performed.
