Audit Preferences

To navigate: Settings > Company Setup > Quality Audit Setup > Audit Preferences.

Require Different Closure and Completion Signatures

If the option "Yes" is selected, the approver signature is required to be a different user than the auditor signature for newly created Audits. 

Require Linked CARs for All Non-Passing Audit Responses

If the option "Yes" is selected, users will be required to link an existing CAR or add a new CAR if a non-passing answer is submitted. See the Corrective Action Requests section for any CAR related information. 

Once a CAR is selected, a hyperlink to that CAR will appear. If you would like to remove or replace the CAR, simply hit the small red X to the right of the hyperlink.

Processes

Enabling "Process Selector" on Audits will result in a "Processes" drop-down option within Audit Information. These processes are configurable to each account under Settings > Company Setup > General Setup > Special Processes. 

Default Audit Answers

Administrators can determine what answers are available for all checklists. The admin must decide whether or not the Audit Answer is considered a passing answer. This is necessary for creating guidelines when CARs are required once a failed answer has been submitted.
