eSource Suppliers

The "eSource Supplier Setup" page shows a list of suppliers that have been aligned with the eSource product.



Name - Name of the supplier

​Supplier Code - Supplier Code(s) provided for the supplier on the Suppliers setup page (under General Setup)

​Supplier Groups - Supplier Groups assigned to the supplier on the Suppliers setup page

​Commodities - Commodities Supplier Groups assigned to the supplier on the Suppliers setup page

​Supplier Checklist - Link to the checklist configured for the supplier, if applicable

​Part Checklist - Link to the checklists configured for the supplier's part numbers, if applicable

​Require Review - If marked, all of this supplier's inspection records will require manual review prior to approval.

Click the Add a Supplier button to add a supplier to go to the Suppliers setup page. Suppliers added here should be assigned to the "eSource" product in order for them to show on the eSource Suppliers page.
