Show: Use the dropdown next to this text in the upper left corner to specify a date range to view eTags

Use the top buttons to show different selections by Tag Type:

Open Customer eTags: Show open eTags assigned to the tag type "Customer"
Closed Customer eTags: Show closed eTags assigned to the tag type "Customer"
Open Internal eTags: Show open eTags assigned to the tag type "Internal"
Closed Internal eTags: Show closed eTags assigned to the tag type "Internal"
Open Supplier eTags: Show open eTags assigned to the tag type "Supplier"
Closed Supplier eTags: Show closed eTags assigned to the tag type "Supplier"

Add to Favorites

To add a custom list page to your dashboard, please see Adding to Favorites.

Creating a New eTag:

Click on the "ADD NEW ETAG" button to create a new manual entry eTag.

Tag Type	Internal - Internally found defect Customer - Customer identified part defect Supplier - Supplier created defect
Part Number	Number of the part.
Part Name	Name of the part.
Supplier Name	Name of the vendor the E-Rejection Tag is assigned to.
Qty Acc.	Number of parts accepted in the batch.
Qty Rej.	Number of parts rejected in the batch.
Customer	Name of the customer the E-Rejection Tag is assigned to.
Program	Customer program associated with the part.
Supplier	Supplier of the part (if applicable)

Edit an eTag

Navigate to this screen after clicking on a eTag or after creating a New tag from above.

eTag Info

This information is linked to the part in question.

Tag Type	Select a category to determine type of tag.
Customer	Name of the customer the E-Rejection Tag is assigned to.
Program	Program associated with the part.
Supplier	Supplier of the part (if applicable)
Part Number	Number of the part.
Part Name	Name of the part.
Drawing Rev	Revision as stated on part drawing.
Qty Acc.	Number of parts accepted in the batch.
Qty Rej.	Number of parts rejected in the batch. Required.
Quality Supervisor	Name of the quality supervisor. To appear on this list, the user must have the "E-Rejection Tag Inspector" user type selected on his or her Edit a User page.
MRB Location	Material Review Board responsible for disposition of the part.
Work Order	Work order associated with the part number
Job/Run/Lot Number	Unique job, run, or lot number corresponding with the failing measurement.
Purchase Order Number	Purchase order number associated with the run.
Work-Center	Used to assign a work-center to the E-Rejection Tag. Work-centers can be added on the Work Centers page in Company Setup > Work Center. When the work-center is assigned/changed, email alerts will be sent to all users who are assigned to the work-center and have the "On assigning work-center on E-Rejection Tags" alert enabled on their Edit a User page.

Discrepancies

A eTag may have multiple discrepancies for each part. Each discrepancy is associated with a feature of the part.

Defect Type	Lists all defect types created in the company account. Defect Types can be added in the Company Setup Quality Management page. {link}
Quantity	Number of parts rejected due to this discrepancy.
Root Cause	Lists all out-of-tolerance causes created in the company account management page. Required.
Discrepancy Description	Optional field to describe the discrepancy.
Feature Number	Feature number corresponding with the discrepancy.
Cause Comments	Description of the cause.
Corrective Action Completion Date	Date when follow-up corrective actions were taken. The provided date must be earlier than the current date.
Corrective Action	Lists all corrective actions corresponding to the selected cause. Required.
Corrective Action Comments	Additional comments for the corrective action
Disposition	Lists all dispositions created in the company account. Required. Dispositions can be added on the Dispositions section of the Quality Management page in the Company Setup.
Disposition Cost	Cost for this disposition of the part.
Disposition Comments	Additional comments for the disposition
Disposition Date	Static date for day of discrepancy creation.
