Gage Suitability Package
Create a Gage Suitability Package
When a Gage Suitability Package is required for a KPC Record, a Create a Gage Suitability Package button will appear on the KPC Record.
Click the Create a Gage Suitability Package button to launch the Create New Gage Suitability Package dialog.
Select a Gage Suitability Package Type and click Create to launch the Gage Suitability Package dialog.
Gage Suitability Package Form
This section contains some basic information about the Gage Suitability Package.

Assigned KPCs
Use the Assign KPCs to Gage Suitability Package button to add more KPCs to the new Gage Suitability Package.
Multiple KPCs on different Part Numbers with different Jurisdictions and Classifications can be assigned to a single Gage Suitability Package.
Gage Form Details
Use the Download Template button to obtain a copy of the Gage Suitability Package template.
Complete the form offline and then upload a copy of the completed form by clicking the Upload Completed Form button
Because of P&W?s Export Control Regulations, users from the supplier company cannot view or download any documents that are uploaded in this section. However, they can delete any documents that have been uploaded by themselves and re-upload new documents, if needed. Users from the customer company can view and download documents in this section.
Attachments
Any other supporting documentations can be uploaded through the Upload Attachment feature.

Complete a Gage Suitability Package
Once the PO-Part Producers have satisfied and uploaded all Gage Suitability Package requirements, click the Complete button in the upper-right corner of the form to submit the Gage Suitability Package to the customer.
Review a Gage Suitability Package
Gage Suitability Package reviewers are responsible for reviewing all forms submitted by the PO-Part Producer.
There are 3 reviewer roles that manage the Gage Suitability Package form:
Reviewer #1: Gage Suitability Focal Point
- Reviews all submitted Gage Suitability Packages
- Can choose to Concur, Conditionally Approve, or Reject
