Documents
The Documents section of the Inspection Record (IR) is used to provide a digital copy of of any documentation associated with the part or shipment. Once uploaded, the document can be opened and downloaded by the Customer.
The Customer can define specific kinds of documents for the supplier to upload, and can choose to make them either Optional or Required. The IR cannot be submitted until one or more documents have been uploaded for each Required document type.
Any documents that don't fit the categories defined by the Customer can be uploaded to the "Other Documents" section at the bottom of the page.
