Capability Charts
View Sigma Zones for parts, operators, features, and/or machines.
Capability Score - Net-Inspect's calculated grade for the selected data based on distribution of measurements within the data set.
Sigmas Zones - Number of standard deviations between measurement and specification limit. Each bar in the upper chart represents a Sigma Zone
Sigma Zone Chart 
Navigation:
- Hover cursor over bars to view measurement count and percent tolerance
- Click on a bar to view a listing of measurements with the % of tolerance
- Click on Toggle OOT in the upper left to adjust bar chart to better view OOT measurement bars.
Ranked Charts 
Navigation:
- Hover cursor over bars to view measurement count and capability score
- Click on a lower level bar to review the sigma zones for that ranked operator, part, feature, or machine.
Filters
Capability Score - Capability score from 0 - 100
Month Filter - Select a Month Range to view in the capability charts
Internal - View internal measurement capability charts
Supplier - View supplier measurement capability charts
Production - View production capability charts for measurement runs
FAIR - View FAIR measurements in capability charts
Operators
Operator - Specify Operator to view Sigma Zones
Left Arrow - Toggle chart to previous Operator
Right Arrow - Toggle chart to next Operator
Rank Features - Show Highest and Lowest Operator in lower charts
X Button - Clear Operator Filter
Part
Part - Specify Part to view Sigma Zones
Left Arrow - Toggle chart to previous Part
Right Arrow - Toggle chart to next Part
