Commodities

Suppliers, as well as each eSource Inspection Record created by a supplier (or on their behalf), can be categorized by the Commodities -- categories of parts or services -- that they produce or provide

Settings on the eSource Preferences menu determine whether Commodities are available when creating an Inspection Record, and if they are mandatory.

Name - Commodity Name
​Description - Commodity description
Suppliers Assigned - Suppliers that have the commodity added to their supplier profile
​Date Created - Creation Date
​Require Review - If checked, the customer will be required to review the Inspection Record with the commodity selected.
