Troubleshooting Logging Into Net-Inspect
Why am I receiving the "Invalid Credentials" error?
If you are receiving "Invalid credentials," either your User ID, Password, or Company Name is incorrect. The user ID and company name is not case sensitive. Your company name must match the company name or short company name we have on file.
How can I get my company name or user ID?
Select the Forgot User ID or Company Name? link and enter your email address.
How can I retrieve my password?
Click on the link for Forgot Your Password? and enter your email to receive a new password setting email.
My password setting email has expired, how can I get a new one?
Click on the link for Forgot Your Password? and enter your email to receive a new password setting email.
My account is locked, how do I unlock it?
You must set a new password to unlock your account. Click on the link for Forgot Your Password? and enter your email to receive a new password setting email.
Using the directions above, I have received my user ID, company name, and set a new password, but still cannot login.
Contact us by logging a ticket.
At login the error message "Your account has been deactivated. Please contact helpdesk@net-inspect.com for assistance".
Two issues can result in this error message:
- Your company Net-Inspect admin has removed you from the Net-Inspect account. Please contact your admin for more information
- Your company's Net-Inspect account has been marked inactive. This is likely due to an overdue invoice or an account that was inactive for too long.
- Please verify with your accounts payable department and have them coordinate access with ar@net-inspect.com
