Part Quality Zones

Internal or Supplier - View Part Quality Information for Internal Parts or Supplier parts. 

Search Parts - Search for a particular part number

Auto-Refresh - Refresh the page every 15 seconds. Useful to monitor in process measurements. 

Auto-Cycle - View the next part in the parts for review list during each 15 second refresh. 

Column Labels

Select any label to order by that column or use the filter icon for filtering feature number, description or OP number:

# - Feature number for the part
Description - Feature description
OP - Operation Number
Nominal - Nominal Tolerance
Hi - High Tolerance
Lo - Low Tolerance
H - Highest measurement 
L - Lowest measurement
M -  Mean measurement
R - Range of Measurements
Cpk - Process Capability Index (By default, 25 measurements on the feature are needed to calculate)
DPM - Defects per million (By default, 45 measurements on the feature are needed to calculate)
eTag - Quantity of Rejection Tags (eTags) generated for that feature
FAIR - FAIR number associated with the part
1-20 - Last 20 measurements for the feature

• Hover over any measurement to view additional data in a pop up
• Click any measurement for a pop-up window with the SPC Chart of the feature:
• If you would like to customize the number of measurements needed to calculate the Cpk or DPM, please contact [e-mail] to customize your account. 

Each measurement point is selectable and will show the measurement data for that point on the right side of the window. 

Edit Measurement - Enter a new measurement, overwriting the selected measurement
Exclude Point - Exclude the measurement point from Measurement calculations (like CpK, High, Low, etc.)
