APQP/PPAP: History

The History section of an APQP/PPAP package provides detailed accounting of updates made to its checklist. This information includes the nature of the update, the user responsible, the date/time the update occurred, and the comments provided by the user (if applicable).

Events on this page relate primarily to updates made to changes in requirements, dates, statuses or signatures of items and the package, as well as updates to an approval form's signatures and overall status.
