First Articles Reports
The FAIR Reports page offers various views for FAIR charts.
By default, you will see a chart with FAIR counts for the past year separated by month. Each bar has a number with the specified quantity for that month.
Hover your mouse over each bar for more details in each filter type.
To view a list of FAIRs specified by one of the bars, click on one of the bars and a new window will open with the filtered FAIRs in a list.
Exporting Data
Click the icon in the upper-right corner of a chart to print or export your viewed data.
Print - Print your currently viewed chart
Save Image - Download an image file of your currently viewed chart
Export Data - Export Chart summary data for current chart
Export All FAIR Data - Export FAIR info for current filtered FAIRs
Filters
Selecting filters will adjust them automatically.
Saved Charts
First Articles by Month Created, Past Year - Default report view with a count of FAIRs created each month throughout the past year.
First Articles by Program, Past Year - Review quantity of FAIRs assigned to programs for the past year.
FAIR First Pass Yield (FPY) - Display bars showing the number of FAIRs that have passed submission (accepted by customer) with a line chart with the percentage of FAIRs that were bought off on first submission. Hover over the percentages with your mouse for further details. Click on the bars or dots for FPY to view a list of that month's FAIRs.
FAIR Disapproval Quantity by Month, Past Year - View the number of FAIRs disapproved each month from the past year.
Custom Chart
Chart - Choose the chart to be displayed on the Vertical Axis
Category - Choose a category to be displayed on the Horizontal Axis
Filters
ADD/REMOVE - Select additional categories to filter by
Internal - Show only FAIRs that are internally created FAIRs
Supplier - View FAIRs sent to your company from suppliers.
Date Range - Adjust date range
Part Number - View FAIRs for a specified Part Number
Supplier - View FAIRs for a specified Supplier
Program - View FAIRs for a specified program
