Overview

AI Search allows users to type a question in plain language and quickly receive matching FAIR records, without needing to build a filtered search manually.

Access

The AI Search feature requires a subscription and is limited to Setup Administrators by default. To extend access of this feature to other users or User Roles, the Setup Administrator should go to User Management > Access Control > FAI > and update the "Use AI Search for First Articles" permission configuration

Notes and Tips

• By default, AI Search displays 20 matching results for a given query
• AI Search can return up to a maximum of 100 rows of data per query
• Results can be exported to Excel. Exporting to PDF is not currently supported
