Navigation Path: Company Setup > General Setup > Company Details > Certifications
The Certifications page allows supplier companies to record and manage their quality certifications. Information entered here is visible to customers who view the company's supplier profile. Customers can review and verify certifications from their side of the platform.
This page is accessible to supplier setup administrators only.
Certifications List
The Certifications page displays a master list of standard certifications across a wide range of industries. Certifications your company has added entries for appear at the top of the list. Certifications with no entries show a status of N/A.
By default, the list is filtered to show only certifications your company has added entries for. To view all available certifications in the standard list, uncheck the Only Show Company Certifications checkbox.
To view certifications that have been removed, check the Show Removed Certifications checkbox.
Use the Search field to find a certification by name.

- N/A — No version entries have been added for this certification.

Filtering the List
Each column header includes a filter icon. Click the filter icon on any column to narrow the list by that column's values. Available filter options vary by column. Select one or more values and click APPLY to filter, or click RESET to clear the filter.
Adding a Certification
There are two ways to add a new certification entry, depending on whether you are adding to a certification type already on your company list or starting fresh.
Adding to an Existing Certification Type
If your company already has at least one entry for a certification type (indicated by an Active, Expired, or Removed status in the list), you can add a new version entry under that certification:
- Locate the certification row in the list.
- Click the blue + button at the right end of that row. A tooltip reading Add New Certificate Version will appear on hover.
- The Add Certificate modal will open with the Certificate field pre-filled. You may change this selection if needed.
- Complete all required fields and any applicable optional fields.
- Click ADD.
- After clicking ADD, you will have the option to upload a supporting certificate document. This step is optional.
Adding a Certification from the Standard List
To add an entry for a certification type that does not yet have any company entries (shown with a status of N/A), or to add any certification using the page-level button:
- Either click the + ADD CERTIFICATE button in the upper right of the page, or click the gray + button at the right end of any N/A certification row (tooltip: Add Certificate).
- The Add Certificate modal will open. If you used the row-level button, the Certificate field will not be pre-filled and must be selected.
- Complete all required fields and any applicable optional fields.
- Click ADD.
- After clicking ADD, you will have the option to upload a supporting certificate document. This step is optional and can be skipped.

Uploading a Certificate Document
After clicking ADD on the Add Certificate modal, you will be given the option to attach one supporting document (such as a scanned certificate or PDF). This upload is optional. To remove an attached document, click the X next to the document link on the version entry row.
Customer Visibility
Certifications entered on this page are visible to customers who view your company's supplier profile. Customers can see the certification type, version, status, scope, issued date, issuing body, accreditation body, next audit date, and any attached certificate document.
Customers may choose to verify your certification entries from their side of the platform. If you remove a certification entry, any customer verification associated with that entry will be marked as Pending Reverification. Customers may re-verify the entry or choose to hide it from their view. If the certification is later re-added to your profile, it will reappear in the customer's list for re-verification.
