Company Setup: Implementation Guide
The Implementation Guide is where customers can share relevant guides, pdfs, videos, and training materials with their suppliers.
To access the Implementation guide, click on Settings (gear icon in the upper right-hand corner) > Company Setup > and find "Implementation Guide" on the left side of your screen under the "Suppliers" section
Upload files you'd like to share with your supplier by clicking the "Select Files" button OR dragging and dropping the file within the import box.
Enter a description of your file in the Description field (this can be anything that will allow yourself to more easily identify the contents of the file) and click "Upload"
Once you've uploaded your files, you can create a document hyperlink by doing the following
- click the document icon
- select the document you'd like to hyperlink
- give your document a name in the Text field. This will be displayed to your suppliers
- give your document a title
- Insert
You can double check that the correct document displays by clicking the resulting hyperlink
Finally, hit Save in the top right corner, and the document will be published and made visible in your Implementation Guide to your Suppliers.
Your suppliers will find your Implementation Guide as a widget on their dashboard
