Requests: Additional Requirements

Found within the Requests record's "Discrepancy Tab" (Navigation Path: Requests > View All > [Select Requests Record from table] > Discrepancy Tab).

Integration with CAR (Corrective Action Request)

Requests can generate or link Corrective Action Requests directly from the Additional Requirements Section. This is optional and requires one company on the record to have a CAR license.

Create CAR
Click "Create CAR" button to open a modal that will automatically populate with part number and part name.  If discrepancies are filled out before generating a CAR, all relevant discrepancy information will automatically populate into the new CAR record. 

Users must have applicable CAR roles to create a CAR from within a Requests record.

Link CAR

A modal opens for searching records by part number, auto-filled with the Request's part number. Different part numbers can also be selected.

Only CAR records linked to this Request can be selected.

Drawing Change Required?

Optional. Checking the box opens a field to enter the drawing change/ECO/ECN number. Required at save.
