Requests: History

The History section of a Requests record provides detailed accounting of updates made to the info, discrepancy, and documents tabs. This information includes the nature of the update, the user responsible, the date/time the update occurred, and the comments provided by the user (if applicable).
While quite thorough, the history tab does not track every change or may not contain the same level detail across different changes.
The History table can be searched and filtered according to quick filters at the top of the table or within the columns themselves. Column selections, organization, and widths can be changed. The calendar icon filters the table according to the date column. All filters can be removed with the yellow clear filter icon that appears to the right of the search icon.
