Requests: Users Roles

Access to Requests records is controlled via user alignment to roles.  Requests roles can be granted to a user by a setup administrator through the User Management page.

Please note that users must have applicable CAR roles to create a CAR from within a Requests record.

Role Name	Role Description
View Only	Access to view Requests records (limited by security controls established through system admins) without the ability to edit
Submitter	Ability to create, view, and modify Requests records.  Users can modify info tabs, documents, discrepancy info, scope table, and submit the record Cannot add disposition related fields
Reviewer	Ability to create, view, and modify Requests records Users can modify info tabs, documents, discrepancy info, scope table, and add a review signature Can add disposition related fields
MRB Authority	Ability to add dispositions to discrepancies or scope table This role is not added by default using the checkboxes at the top of the user role section
Requests Admin	Modify Requests setup pages Remove other user's signatures as a backup
