Reuse Library: Save/Publish
Reuse Library Training Materials can be found here.
Each deliverable within a Reuse Library record is independently saved and published. These actions are performed by clicking the "Save", "Publish", and "Save + Exit" buttons. Which buttons are visible depends on whether the page is in "Edit Mode". For more information on modes and specific button functionality, please read this article.
There are two options to save a deliverable while editing:
Save: saves data in the table
Save + Exit: saves the table, allows the user to modify deliverable meta data, and removes the user from edit mode.
To publish the deliverable, the user can click the Publish button or click the checkbox associated with publishing while on the save modal. Note, publish is available in edit and view modes.

Comments
Comments is an open text field. This is captured at the save and/or publish event on the history page and the version history page for that deliverable.
Header Data
The header data section contains high level information related to that specific deliverable and version. Relevant data from the info tab is pulled in such as Part Revision and Drawing Number.
All fields in this section are defined here: PPAP Deliverables: Info Tab.
Publish a new version of this deliverable
Both the save and publish modals are interchangeable. When saving, if the desire is to also publish then toggling this option will change the modal to a Save+Publish modal. The same is true if the desire is to only save and not also publish the deliverable. The button options at the bottom of the modal and the title of the modal will modify to signal the change.
Note, this option will be disabled if the user does not have a publish role or is not listed as required to publish the specific deliverable but others are. See the section below on Key Contacts and Core Team Members to learn more.
Significant Changes - Send on deliverable acknowledgement
When library records are included in other records (PPAPD or reuse library), a publication will prompt an icon to appear next to its entry. Normally, this is an informational icon that does not impact user workflow but allows user's to know a change has occurred and to choose whether to review them or not.
However, if a library version is published with "Significant Change - Send on deliverable acknowledgement" marked, then the icon changes to a warning symbol and the downstream (or "target") deliverables cannot be published. This checkbox should be used when users must review changes within that publication. To learn more about reuse libraries, please read this article.
Key Contacts and Core Team Members
This table lists the users associated with the Reuse Library record and indicates which specific deliverable their name is listed. The table listed on the save/publish modal is the same as the list found on the info tab (in most cases) meaning it can be modified from the info tab or the modal.
Names, titles, and emails can be hand-typed or Net-Inspect users can be selected from the drop down.
User and their deliverable associations can be modified by clicking the edit "Pencil" icon. Ensure you save your changes before saving, publishing, or cancelling for the changes to take effect.
If a user is aligned with a deliverable and marked as "Publish Sign. Reqd." then that user must sign for the deliverable to be published. If multiple users are marked then all users must sign for the deliverable to publish and each signature will be shown inline as they are populated. If a user is no longer required to sign, simply remove the checkmark or remove the user. Note: only Net-Inspect users can be marked to publish a deliverable. Names that are entered without an account can only be entered for informational purposes.
