CAR Root Causes / Sub-Causes

Companies can now customize root cause and sub-cause dropdowns, making it easier to analyze these factors for both 8D and non-8D CARs.

To utilize this feature, first configure your preferred list of Causes and Sub-Causes by going to the Settings Gear > Company Setup > CAR Setup.

After configuration you will see the drop down in D4 of an 8D CAR.

You will also see the drop down within the “Root Cause / Corrective Action Plan” section of a non-8D CAR.

These fields are also visible on the list page for further filtering, sorting and exporting.
