APQP Item Summary Notifications
Two general notifications for Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) are provided through a daily email that contains updates for items within the past 24 hours:
1. APQP/PPAP Item Pending Buy-Off: This notification is sent when an element on an APQP record has been submitted by the supplier. It is sent on a daily basis with only items in the Checklist tab assigned to you.
2. APQP/PPAP Item Accepted/Disapproved: This notification is sent when an element on an APQP record has been accepted or rejected by the customer. It is also sent on a daily basis with only items in the Checklist tab assigned to you.
For items where you are selected in the acceptance signature, a daily email is sent with a list of your assigned items that are pending your buy-off. Please refer to the sample email below. This email is sent at 3am PDT and includes a count of items pending your buy-off and assigned to you. We do not send these notifications for every signature
