PPAPD/ Reuse Library: PFD Tab

A PPAP Deliverables (PPAPD) or Reuse Library record "PFD" tab contains the header /meta data and table for the deliverable PFD (Process Flow Diagram).

The key difference between the PFD data table and the other data tables is its inclusion of the symbolic columns which we term the "Process Step Categories".  The words associated with the image can be found by hovering over the header. 

These columns are a TRUE or FALSE trigger.  Selecting a cell under one of the columns will display the image shown in the header (except for the Other category which accepts text).  If another cell in the row is selected instead, it will change to that selection.  Each row can only contain one of these categories.  If a row needs multiple, they must be on separate lines.  Clicking the "+" icon as far right as needed will help copy data to a new row.
