PPAPD/ Reuse Library: Roles
Access to PPAP Deliverables (PPAPD) or Reuse Library records is controlled via user alignment to roles (as well as other settings configured at a company level). PPAPD roles can be granted to a user by an administrator through the User Management page.
Please note that users must have the "view only" role in order to view PPAPD records linked on an APQP/PPAP package.

Update |
Ability to create, view, and modify PPAPD and Reuse Library records. This includes importing, exporting, and changing part number. |
Publish |
Ability to create, view, and modify PPAPD records and Reuse Library records. This includes importing, exporting, and changing part number. Additional ability to publish and unpublish deliverable versions. This role is required to mark a user as "Publish Signature Required" |
PPAP-D Admin | Admins can do a selection of actions: change the part number, unpublish all signatures on a version, void a version, void a record, and retire a version. |
Reuse Librarian | Ability to create new Reuse Library records or modify the info tab on Reuse Library records. |
