Giving Users Access to Data/Programs After P&W Migration
Once your users have been reactivated, they may require additional setup. The below information will guide you on adding user roles and programs that align with your previous P&W access.
1. Log in to your company's active Net-Inspect account
2. Click the gear-shaped Setup button, which is located in the top-right of each page
3. Select the "User Management" option. Use the search box in the top-right of the User Management page to find a User ID, then click it to open that user's profile.
4. After locating and clicking a User ID, provide them with access to the following User Roles depending on the software features they need to use:
eSource: Select the "Quality Engineer" role
ePAR: Select the "Internal PAR User" and "PAR Creator" roles
KPC: Select the "PO-Part Producer" and "KPC Producer" roles
5. Click the Save Changes button to save the selected roles
6. Click the Alignments tab at the top of the screen
7. Locate "PRATT AND WHITNEY - HARTFORD" on the list of companies on this page. Click the field below the company's name, then assign one or both of the following programs as appropriate: "NLR" and "License Required". (The selected programs will be saved automatically.)
