APQP/PPAP: Checklist Template List Page
This article describes viewing the checklist templates within your company's APQP settings if your company has a Net-Inspect APQP license. If you want to know more or get a quote for APQP, please contact sales@net-inspect.com. This is not required to create packages for your customers.
A checklist template is a reusable set of APQP/PPAP items. These can be shared with your internal group, your suppliers, or your customer if they do not have APQP configurations setup. The goal of a checklist template is to reduce the administrative setup for users as they work to satisfy requirements. It also aims to provide consistency within companies according to your company's business objectives.
Checklist templates hold items that are designed around APQP/PPAP requirements from a variety of standards. Flexibility is provided with custom item types so that naming conventions can match your company's needs and your company can create as many checklist templates as needed to match each use case scenario. Version control your templates easily and deactivate once they are no longer needed. Finally, easily assign departments and workcenters to your items for consistent accountability no matter which type of package is created.
All checklist templates created by your company will be found in the "Checklist Templates" table.
The table contains the following columns:
