APQP/PPAP: Approval Form Settings

Settings specific to the PPAP Approval Forms (PSWs) can be found on the "Approval Form" page in the APQP setup.  Settings here will define both the interim and the final forms.

Show "Submission Results" section on Approval Form

The "Submission Results" section will show the following information when enabled.  Reason/Comments is a required field.

Supplier Declaration

Provide the "Supplier Declaration" text the supplier/submitter will agree to when signing/submitting the "Declaration" section of a PPAP Approval Form (PSW).

Approval Form Submission Type/Reason

Use this section to define the type of submission entered on the PPAP Approval Form (PSW).  It will appear in the "Submission" section.  This helps align verbiage to your organization or standard when the record is internal or you are the customer.  Mark "Comments Required" if you wish the supplier to provide additional information when the corresponding Reason for PSW Submission is selected.
