FAIR Portal

The FAIR Portal acts a central location for all of the FAIRs that are accessible to your account. This includes not only internal, supplier, and sub-tier FAIRs, but also FAIRs created and received by other accounts that are associated with yours. These may include:

• Accounts belonging to your facility that are retired, or are otherwise no longer in use
• Accounts that belong to your company's other locations

In other words, the FAIR Portal allows you to access archived data or share data between multiple Net-Inspect accounts. However, note that if you use the FAIR Portal to open a FAIR belonging to another account, then it cannot be edited or bought off -- you must log in to an account directly in order to modify that account's FAIRs.

If your Net-Inspect account is associated with other accounts in one of these ways, then you will see an Account option just above the table. You will also be able to filter the displayed FAIR data by one of these accounts at any time by selecting it from the drop-down menu available at the top of the page.



Click the Export button in the top-right of the page to download the currently displayed data to an Excel file. The Columns button can be used to modify the columns currently displayed on the table.

If multiple tables are currently displayed on the page, then a Grids button will instead be displayed in the top-right of the page. Clicking this button will cause multiple sets of Export and Columns buttons to be shown, each corresponding with one of the visible tables. The first set of buttons, labelled "Grid 1", corresponds with the leftmost table; Grid 2 is the table to the right of Grid 1, etc.
 

Navigating the FAIR Portal

Toggle Internal mode in the top-left of the page to view FAIRs created by your company and its affiliates. Toggle External mode to view FAIRs created by suppliers and sub-tiers to your company and its affiliates.

Use the Part Number field at the top of the page to search your list of internal or supplier FAIRs for matches, or use one of the following options to filter your list of FAIRs by a category (e.g., Supplier, Program) and show a new table of data. To remove a selection and collapse these tables, either unmark that selection's checkbox or click its "breadcrumb" at the top of the page:


Use the FAIR option at the top of the page to view a simple list of available FAIRs.

Select the Supplier option to view a list of your suppliers, and to filter your list of FAIRs by that supplier. You can also click a supplier's Sub-Tier link, found on the right side of each Supplier row, to see a list of all sub-tier companies whose FAIRs have been linked to that supplier's FAIRs. The Supplier option is only available in External mode.

Select the Program, Division, or Account option to see a list of Programs/Divisions/Accounts associated with your company. Clicking an item on this list will filter your list of FAIRs by your selection. If External mode is selected, then you will also need to choose a Supplier before proceeding to your list of FAIRs.

Columns

FPY: Overall First-Pass Yield percentage across all FAIRs.

Last Twelve Months FPY: First-pass yield across the past 12 months, starting with the current month.

Previous Month FPY: First-pass yield percentage for the previous month.

MTD FPY: First-pass yield percentage for the current month.
