View Supplier PARs

The Supplier Process Approval Record page provides a list of all PARs (i.e., created internally or received by your company from suppliers).
 

1. Date Filter

• Click the date range drop-down to select a quick filter date range, or create a custom date range.

2. Quick Filters

• All - View all PARs submitted to your company
• MCL Pending - View PARs that are awaiting MCL review. Also includes PARs which are awaiting ITC review following MCL return or disapproval.
• ESA Pending - View PARs that are awaiting ESA review. Also includes PARs which are awaiting ITC review following ESA return or disapproval, or from which ESA approval has been withdrawn.
• ITC Pending - View PARs that are awaiting ITC review, following MCL return/disapproval or any ESA action..
• Approved - View all PARs that have been approved or conditionally approved by ESA, and have been ITC-reviewed.
• Returned - View all PARs that were returned during MCL or ESA review, and have been ITC-reviewed.
• Disapproved - View all PARs that were disapproved during MCL or ESA review, and have been ITC-reviewed.
• Withdrawal - View all approved PARs that have been withdrawn, and have been ITC-reviewed.
• Void - View all PARs that have been voided.

3. Search Filter

• Search - Enter Process Approval Record Numbers or Part Numbers to filter to list.
• Clear Search (amber color button) - Clear all filters in view.

4. Export & Columns

• Export button - Create a Excel file of the current list of PARs.
• Columns button - Select columns to display or hide.

5. Filtering & Sorting

• Use the Filter Icon to filter the table by any specific column.
• Click a column header to sort the table by the column.

Access Control

To open an Internal PAR, or an External PAR that has not yet undergone ITC Review, you must have access to the Programs associated with the Part(s) selected on the PAR. If your User ID is not aligned with these Programs, then you will see an error message as per below.



To open an External PAR that has undergone ITC Review, you must have access to the Program or Authorization Number selected by the ITC Reviewer on the PAR's "Review and Disposition" tab.
