Editing the Description of Nonconformity

The customer has the ability to Edit the Description of Non-Conformity section after the CAR is issued and prior to D5 being approved or for non-8D CARs, the Root Cause / Corrective Action Plan being approved. 

An EDIT button is located to the right of the Description of Nonconformity after issuing the CAR:

A edit comment must be entered when editing the Description of Non-Conformity: 

The customer may add info to the Nonconformity Clarification field or adjust other fields. The original Requirement and Nonconformity are not editable. Clicking on Close Section will close the section for editing and the comment left during the edit is available under the COMMENTS button.
